2K ish going for a class trip all the way to Penang for 3 days on the 10th, so you can kiss our updates goodbye till then. However, no promises that I will update what happened on the trip here though. I can be lazy at times. :) Indeed, I am still the only one keeping this thing alive anyway.

After what seems forever..

Hey guys and girls and whatsoverIcanforgettogreet, it seriously have been a while. I believe the last post I posted was since the concert, and the blog seemed lifeless after that.

Until now.

Final Exams are over.

Currently having Post Examination Activities.

I believe that we did a mighty fine job with the morning activities so far.

Talentime: Alvin the soloist, boomed the stage with the manly voice of his. I have no doubt we have the chance to get 1st place.

Powerpoint Presentation: Great job to the 2K Production Team. I'd say this was a great production for just a short period of time. It managed to recapture the attention of many who were already bored to death in the hall. I guess the powerpoint was a little bit of fail though, but we are still fighting for 1st place. English Drama: It may not have been the perfect show, but I'd say it was the best among Form 2. Everyone was loud and clear, and still gained laughter despite the lack of humor scenes. Good Job.

General Knowledge: We lost the 1st place to 2M, having lost most questions to them due to certain reasons. 2nd still ain't bad though.

The Music of Sound! Wait..

So basically I threw away my free time to spend it instead at WMS hall for a Saturday night. I wouldn't say it's a total waste though. After all, free entrance is free. :)

As I walked into the hall, spider sense tingling, to find a perfect spot to sit on the gallery. The gallery had a better view than most seats below IMO, so I don't really mind having a ticket said "Gallery". Reading the booklet while eating Diction chips, I'd say the concert took a while before it started, and when it did it was all dark except for cameras and my phone light blinking brightly with an incoming call.

I had no idea how it went on Friday night's so I pretty much won't be able to compare. I'd say they made some improvements from the last time I viewed on the full dress rehearsal day. However I still think that this year's concert included too many dances and not enough cast acting IMO. Even parts of the story were just narrated instead of appearing on stage.

**SPOILER ALERT**

Rumour has it that the school had considered putting on "Titanic" this year as the concert theme. Due to unknown reasons the school had decided instead "The Sound of Music" where a novice nun, Maria, sets out to be a governess of a Captain of seven children, and build her way up bla bla bla etc etc..... till the Nazi's get pissed off when the Captain is out on his honeymoon and he doesn't wanna raise a freaking flag. Next he objects to his children singing in public and later he changes his mind... and so on and so on.. then they ran to Switzerland with rocks on their backs and smth..

The End.

Now wasn't that interesting.. if you want to see the whole thing, consider buying our hand-made DVD's for just [insert price here] . Hurry up while stocks last!

Anyway, here's the scene that received the most laughter on Saturday night..

How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria??

Yay!!! It's our school annual concert again. This year we are doing... *drumroll*..... The Sound of Music. So, I guess you guys out there already know what the story is, but just in case you guys didn't know, this story is about a girl called Maria who was a candidate of becoming a nun who was sent to a Captain's home and take care of his children. So, one day they danced and they fell in love. And then Maria ran back to the abbey but was asked to go back again.

Well, that was Act I, if you want to know what happened in Act 2, go find it out yourself. :)

Anyways, the principal gave us a holiday, so Monday we have no school!!! Double yay!!!!

Anyways.. it was quite an experience those of non-participants had. I'd say it was rather interesting over boring. "Boring, it shall be" I heard. Instead we had UNO / UNOCDD throughout.. along with chess and eating chips in class.. and a newly introduced game "LevelPigs". I highly recommend it for a reflex-based card game. Too bad the real pig isn't here at the moment.. not until next Thursday at least..

Haiz. Those were the times. Unfortunately the practice has come to an end, and so shall the classes resume. According to the school event planner, I don't forsee any other practices that will eat up our learning time. Is that a good thing or a bad thing?..

Also, a big hit for being the Interact Club's newspaper collection drive's second week champion, for both Form 2 and the whole school. Let's give ourselves a big hand. 2L easily rivals our numbers, but hey, it was only fair that we won over you for the second week. :)

**SPOILER ALERT** Highlight to see

I'd say this year's concert included too many dancing and singing, until cast actings were neglected. Out of the whole concert, I'd say only 20 minutes were taken for the acting. The ending was a little weird too. Still, it cracked me up on the rehearsal. I hope they fix the major flaws during the actual concert, such as parts where the mic was turned on and quotes came flying.

I still hope the concert goes well anyway. Maybe next year I might join something different from my past concert experiences. In hopes that firstly, they put on a good show.

A Funny Story to Share

So, today during English class (Set 1), after Mdm Shantini gave us our work, she went to sat down at her place. Then, Kuhan came and asked her about his composition. After that, Sze Ping came and talk to madam about something. I don't know how they get to the topic but this is the conversation that I remember.
Sze Ping: Madam, his mother is very pretty right?!!
Madam : Yea, she is so pretty!!
Sze Ping: His mother is so pretty, but his result ended up like this. (pointing to Kuhan's face)
(Both Sze Ping and Madam laughed)
Kuhan: So what? Your mum has such flawless skin, and yet you.... have so many pimples on your head.
Madam: This is about the age la, Kuhan.
Kuhan: Yea, but I don't have any pimples even though I have pubic hair at here (pointing to his left armpit), here pointing to his right armpit), here (pointing to his chest) and here (pointing to his d***).
Madam: Eww... Kuhan, you are so sick.
Just then, Sze Ping realised that Kuhan haven't zipped up his pants. His boxers are showing right through to Madam. Then, we just laughed and laughed and laughed.
